Leased pups are invited to participate in this community 5K run or walk honoring a young woman’s memory and raising awareness of domestic violence. Costumes are encouraged, and prizes will be awarded for the best-dressed human and dog. The event supports survivors and funds resources for those affected by family violence, as well as a scholarship fund for children to attend summer camp.
