Dog Events Near MYF Airport

Well-mannered, leashed dogs are invited to this black-tie-optional fundraising event to celebrate helping animals in need. This event will include a cocktail reception, silent and live auctions, a chef-prepared vegetarian meal and an after-party with live music.

Bring Fido along to this annual fundraiser! Starting at the Vermont Street Bridge in Hillcrest, participants will cross seven unique bridges, each with its own history and charm. Along the route, enjoy views of Balboa Park, the Rose Garden, and lively local districts. Registered participants can also listen to Jeffery the Surfer Caredeer’s audio tour, sharing fun facts and history as you cross each bridge. The hike ends with a celebratory pizza party at Tavola Nostra Pizzeria & Cucina.

Pups and their people are invited to hit the course together, then stick around for a festive morning filled with a dog activities, a beer garden, and plenty of prizes. After the race, don’t miss the adoption event, where you just might meet your new best friend!
