Dog Events in Covington, WA

This dog-friendly Halloween celebration features costume contests with prizes for Cutest, Spookiest, Handcrafted & Homemade, and Duo or Dog/Owner categories. Guests can also enjoy Halloween photo opportunities, pet-friendly treats, local food, lemonade and mimosas, drawings and festive activities. Small dogs under 30 pounds can attend starting at 10 AM, with the event opening to all dogs at 11 AM. Events are first-come, first-served with no ticket pre-sale.

This monthly Leonberger meetup invites Leonberger owners and their pups. The group meets at the main dog‑park entry (near Parking Lot D) and the walk is organized by the Leonberger Club of the Northwest.

Guests are welcome to run or walk with their leashed dogs at this festive race along a paved path through the park. Finishers will receive a one-of-a-kind coffee mug. Everyone is encouraged to dress in festive gear, and there'll be coffee, hot cocoa, photo opportunities, and more on site.

The Arthritis Foundation’s race is the original festive race for charity with your pup. It’s where you can strut your stuff in your favorite holiday costume. Bring a team of friends, family, and co-workers to run or walk. Please ensure Fido is kept on a leash at all times. Check-in starts at 7:00 AM and the race begins at 8:30 AM.
