Dog Events in Dixville Notch, NH

It’s the most beautiful time of the year in New England, and it’s time once again to celebrate the season at Dog Mountain’s annual event! Bring Fido for leaf-romping, four-legged fun and smiles at the 150-acre property. The event features live music, food trucks, dog contests, lawn games and more. Leashes are optional and swimming is encouraged! This event will be held rain or shine.

New Hampshire’s first and only festival for wiener dogs features contests, raffles, dachshund races, food, and more wiener-centric fun and madness! Be sure to bring your furry friend to join in the fun.

Bring Fido to shop with you from 70+ juried booths featuring handmade goods like chainsaw-carved sculptures, wire-wrapped crowns, cold-processed soaps, and chunky knit blankets. Savor specialty foods including craft nut and seed butters, infused oils, and nut-free baked goods. The festival will be held rain or shine.

New England Plant Expo presents an exotic plant market to enjoy with your four-legged friend. There'll be a variety of plants as well as botanically themed artisans and crafters. Food trucks are also available on site.

The calendar of activities will delight the whole family, as well as hiking, nature and even ski enthusiasts! Come out and take full advantage of the fall season, take in some fresh air, and enjoy the stunning views the Eastern Townships have to offer.

The Laconia Pumpkin Festival, formerly the New Hampshire Pumpkin Festival, welcomes leashed pups to celebrate the season! Expect thousands of glowing carved pumpkins, including the iconic pumpkin tower, live music (plus laser shows and dancing witches), festive parades for kids and costumed pets, artisan and food vendors, the Pumpkin Express train, games like corn-hole and craft stations, and a beer garden.

Bring your leashed pup for a beautiful fall morning walk down the Eastern Trail for a great cause! This event raises awareness and funds for hospice care and support across Southern Maine. There will be prizes, food, Holy Donuts, music and lots of community spirit. The event will start at the Hospice of Southern Maine, and from there attendees will walk 2.25 or 4.5-mile routes of the Eastern Trail.
