Bring Fido to this annual event for an afternoon of food, drinks, raffles, and fun with adoptable animals from the AWLA. This community event offers a chance to enjoy the festivities while meeting pets looking for their forever homes!

This dog-friendly pet parade invites well-behaved pets of all kinds to strut their stuff on the red carpet for a chance to win awards including Celebrity Look-Alike, Best Visionary Hair-Do and Best Dressed Most Visionary Pet. Following the parade, pets can participate in a talent show and create artwork with their owners, including their own pet-inspired Walk of Fame star.

Bring Fido out to a baseball game! Dog-friendly games are held on select dates throughout the season, so make sure to check the website's schedule to catch a game. Special ticket buyers and their dogs will be invited to participate in a postgame parade on the warning track. All proceeds from the dog ticket sales will be donated to the Humane Rescue Alliance.

As part of the annual Oktoberfest at The Wharf festival, the crowd favorite Wiener dog races will be hosted by Tommy McFly. Prizes are awarded to the speediest dogs. All breeds are welcome to watch, but only Dachshunds can participate in the race. There will also be an Adoptable Dog Parade between the Dachshund races.

Bring Fido to a dog-only pool party featuring swimming, fetching and playtime! The event also includes vendors and adoption information. Dogs must be friendly, sociable, and current on vaccinations, and owners are asked to clean up after their pets. Children under 16 aren't permitted unless closely supervised, and humans aren't allowed in the pool.

This community music festival transforms neighborhood porches and outdoor spaces into live performance stages, creating a walkable celebration of local music, art, and connection. Guests and leashed pups can stroll through the area enjoying performances from a variety of musicians and bands while exploring local vendors, food, and neighborhood gathering spots along the way. The rain date is October 25th.

Leashed dogs are welcome at this monthly outdoor arts market that closes West Street and Calvert Street in downtown Annapolis for local artists, live music, food, and vendors. The festival runs May through November.

The Arthritis Foundation’s race is the original festive race for charity with your pup. It’s where you can strut your stuff in your favorite holiday costume. Fido is welcome in the outdoor areas and large parts of the indoor tent area, except for the Käthe Wohlfahrt vending area.
