Kick off the holiday season with Fido at a festive day of fun for the whole family! Enjoy professional pet photos with Santa (three included), sip and snack on treats from local vendors, and shop for holiday goodies like ornaments and wreaths.

This dog-friendly fundraiser invites guests to walk a 1.3-mile section of the Tanglewood Festival of Lights with leashed dogs, family and friends before the display opens to the public. Visitors can enjoy a food truck rodeo, shop with local vendors, and support the Humane Society of Davie County’s low-cost spay/neuter clinic, adoption program and community pet food pantry. Advance tickets are required for a designated entry time, and retractable leashes aren't permitted. All attendees must use the back gate entrance of Tanglewood off of Idols Road.

Celebrate the holidays with Fido on a 1.5-mile train ride through Denton FarmPark with Christmas lights, decorations and seasonal displays. Guests can also enjoy holiday activities at the park, including visits with Santa, refreshments and other Christmas-themed attractions. If your pup rides the train, he must be kept in your lap. The event is rain or shine.

Leashed dogs are welcome at this beloved gathering of antique and vintage enthusiasts, featuring hundreds of vendors offering everything from primitives and industrial salvage to classic advertising signs, vintage furniture, bottles, bicycles, auto parts, and more. Held in both spring and fall, the festival includes live music, train rides on the Handy Dandy Railroad, a live auction, food vendors, and a lively marketplace atmosphere that’s fun for the whole family.
