July 4th Boat Parade Celebrate Independence Day at patriotic event that features festively decorated boats sailing along the Hillsborough River, beginning at the Tampa Convention Center basin, looping around Armature Works, and concluding at Sparkman Wharf. Spectators can enjoy the parade from several prime public viewing locations, including Armature Works, Channel Drive, the Tampa Convention Center, Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, Davis Islands, Harbour Island, Sparkman Wharf, and Water Works Park.
