Dog Days at Zoo Knoxville allows visitors to explore the zoo with their dogs during this special, ticketed event. Dogs must be at least 4 months old, have current rabies vaccinations, and remain on a non-retractable leash no longer than six feet. Each dog must have a separate ticket and an adult handler age 18 or older. Advance online tickets are required, and capacity is limited.

The parade will follow its traditional route by traveling north on Forks of the River Parkway, making a right on Main Street, making a right on Court Avenue, and returning to the starting point.
