Produced by the Arlington 4th of July Association, the parade leaves the staging area at 9:00 AM but it's advisable to arrive earlier to find a good parking spot and get to your favorite watching place. Please ensure your dog is kept on a leash at all times. Blankets are good, but a lightweight folding chair is better.
