Experience a wellness-focused retreat designed for you and your dog, centered on strengthening your bond through shared activities and relaxation. The experience includes a mix of adventure and enrichment like dog yoga, meditation, training, hiking, paddling, and group swim time, along with creative workshops and educational seminars.

This dog-friendly festival raises funds for the local animal shelter while helping adoptable animals find loving homes. Guests can browse vendors, enter raffles and enjoy free pup cups and frisbees, along with a K9 demonstration and a festive costume parade.

This free, dog-friendly community event features activities and demonstrations, rescue and adoption organizations, pet vendors, dog photo opportunities, food and drinks, and waterfront fun.

Leashed dogs are welcome at this annual event featuring rescue organizations, craft vendors, pet blessings and more. There will be music, food vendors and a Pet Parade (costume optional) at 2:30 PM with prizes in several categories. All are welcome, with or without a pet. The event will take place rain or shine.

This pet-friendly celebration honors the 800th anniversary of St. Francis of Assisi’s passing with a special service celebrating creation and the debut of Gaia. Pets and their human companions are welcome inside the Cathedral for the service, followed by outdoor pet blessings beginning after the service concludes. A formal animal procession will not be part of the celebration, and passes are not required.

Funds raised support local animal advocacy initiatives, including the Sheriff’s K-9 and Mounted Patrol Units.

Bring Fido out to this annual parade dressed in his favorite costume! In addition to a contest, there'll be local vendors, raffles, a kids' activity area and much more. The rain date is October 18.

Bring your costumed pup to participate in the dog costume parade at 12:00 PM! There will also be a beer garden, guess the weight of a pumpkin contest, plus shopping at 70+ retailers, crafters, local businesses, and vendors. The rain date is October 24th.

Bring your Dachshund to compete in this exciting race event featuring multiple heats and a chance to earn the title of Connecticut’s fastest wiener dog! Participants are encouraged to bring treats and favorite toys to help cheer on their pups, while spectators can enjoy a fun-filled day supporting a nonprofit that provides holiday gifts to military families in need.

This dog-friendly costume parade invites pups to dress up and strut their stuff as part of a festive fall celebration. Guests can enjoy the parade along with the Port Jefferson Harvest Festival, featuring seasonal activities, vendors and entertainment all weekend.

Visitors and leashed dogs are welcome each weekend to watch thrilling flight demonstrations featuring authentic historic aircraft, and enjoy educational exhibits. Bench and bleacher seating are available, and a limited number of camp chair rentals. Concessions are also available for purchase. Please note that the airplanes can be very noisy, and there could be an occasional gunshot or explosion.
