The race is designed to be inclusive for all fitness levels, with no pressure to complete it within a set time. Registration includes a commemorative T-shirt, and participants are encouraged to fundraise to further support Project Chimps' mission. The event is rain or shine.

This dog-friendly event lets pups cool off and have fun playing in the splash pad at Unity Park before it closes for the season. Registration is required, and vaccination records must be provided. The event features designated time slots for all dogs to play, and one time slot for small dogs under 25 lbs only. Each pup is allowed to have a maximum of two people accompanying them and there's a limit of two dogs per person.

All domestic animals are welcome to receive a blessing, or you may bring a stuffed animal or photo instead. The service honors the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi and his legacy of peace and love for all creatures. In case of rain, the service will move indoors to the Parish Hall.
