Group Travel with Dogs

We are a tour operator in Reno and do mostly group travel by Motorcoach. I have been thinking about putting together a bus tour that will allow folks to bring there dogs. Has anyone ever done it before? Any suggestions? Should the dogs all be crated since were inside a bus?
