Road Trip Chew Treats??

We have planned a family road trip vacation to North Carolina this year. We will be in the car about 16 hours over 2 days to get there and the same to get back. I am looking for some suggestions for long lasting edible chews to keep our dog, Baxter, busy when he starts to get antsy between stops. I tend to stay away from raw hide because Bax just doesn't like it that much. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
