This place is a dump, but skates by because it just happens to be in Moab. Toilet barely flushed, room smelled. I travel a lot, I’m easy-going and definitely not fancy but this place just really was dump town.
The lady that checked me in in the afternoon however she was real nice I’ll throw her a bone; she was very accommodating and moved my room from right next to the front desk basically to the third floor which I appreciated so thank you. There’s a creature that works the third shift, I came down at 5:00 in the morning and asked if there was coffee and it kind of snarled at me and said they will be out at 5:30.I came back down at around 6 o’clock and asked it if the coffee was out yet and it looked really annoyed and said no it’ll be out eventually. I finally came down at 6:30 and the thing had just put the coffee out. While another gentleman and I were making our coffees it started hacking and making all kinds of noises. I ran back to my room in fear.

Hotel room was clean. No in room coffee. No breakfast. Some coffee in the morning across from the registration desk. Pets cannot be left in rooms unattended period. The space for pets to do their business is very limited. No grass just rocks and weeds. But you can walk your dog up and down the street on sidewalk so they can get some exercise. Hotels are very expensive in this area and the room we stayed in jumped $50 for the second night because it was a weekend. Beds were comfortable but not worth $180 a night. Gave three bones because they were not what I would consider very pet friendly.

I arrived in Moab to extensive road reconstruction and found that the driveway to the motel was closed and the alternate driveway had a bulldozer blocking the entrance as well as a trench about 20 feet wide and two feet deep. I parked on the next block and walked to search for an alternative entrance. I finally was able to drive through the mud of the construction equipment yard in back of the hotel. Management was not very receptive to the problems that all their guest were having. They said, "Yeah it is bad, I can sometimes get here through the gas station."
There were several other guest on their cell phones attempting to make last minute changes to their reservation so they could get into another motel.
The room was on the ground floor, which is a plus but it smelled strange and the TV had no picture, only audio that could not be adjusted. Also, the room decor looked like it was last updated in the 1990s.
I am handicapped and I need accommodations that allow my service dog as well as easy access. This access was not at all easy.
Perhaps after the construction is completed, it will be better, but overall, not a good experience. - LysaAug 3, 2020Great find

We stayed 2 nights. We had a 70# lab- we saw lots of people with 2 dogs. Rooms were clean- great floors for animals to keep clean. I think hotel was revamped not long ago. No fridges but ice machine was there. Great for a place to lay your head. Gave it a 4 because of the thin walls. It was clean, clean, clean bare minimum- price was great if that’s what you need. Def would stay again with my dog.
