Elevator to 3rd floor broke overnight so I was not able to get my dog crates and such back downstairs. It was a nightmare. After checking out and after that ordeal, (with sweat pouring down … I’m almost a senior citizen and no staff was available to help me despite workers standing around talking), when I asked if they had a restroom in the lobby so I could get some water I was rudely informed that “It’s not for the public.” I said “but I’m a customer?” She said “sorry.” I saw the sink behind the counter and asked if she could fill my cup and she said “no, sorry.” I’ve never experienced such poor customer care in over 60 years. The bed was like a cot that was high off the ground. Very uncomfortable. No coffee. No hair dryer.

The hotel had a horrible smell, the whole room was dirty. The worst hotel I have stayed at.

This place was absolutely filthy. Stay away. Hair and dirt everywhere. No one cleaned the bathroom. I couldn’t use the tub for a shower. The front desk was unfriendly. I made a reservation. They didn’t have it when I arrived so I bought a room in person. Then I was charged twice on my card, once for my reservation and once for my in person purchase. Now I’m trying to get my refund.

Used BringFido to find a dog friendly hotel. Paid for the room thru BringFido. Then was charged again at the hotel. Management said it would work itself out. Now both are saying the other must refund me.

This motel is just OK. Would have had a better experience if it was cleaned properly and not as noisy.

I enjoyed a clean room, bathroom and bed. My dog and I have a nice stay in their renovated hotel. They are still finishing up some. Morning coffee was available in the office everyday. It is close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. I will keep this one for a repeat visit.
