Spoil yourself at our romantic getaway on Lake Conroe. Wake up in your 4 poster bed then enjoy your coffee on the private terrace steps from Lake Conroe. Enjoy the beautiful lake front location, convenient to local restaurants, swimming pool and marina. Enjoy swimming in the lake or choose from 2 pools! Bring your boat or fish right off the bulkhead.

There is a 4 guest maximum for this property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Children are also welcome.
Prohibited Use
Sorry, party animals. Events are strictly prohibited at this property. Smoking is not allowed.
House Rules
Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total). Pet fee for this will be $100.
Check out before 11:00 AM.
Children allowed: ages 0-17. If you require pack n play I will need notice.
No smoking of any sort or a $250.00 fine will be added to your bill at the end of your stay. If any parties or events are in this condo and police are called you will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Please follow all house rules as this is a quiet neighborhood and we would like to respect other people.
