Luxury Villa Aux Lions with Private Pool Near Accroche Toi aux Branches

Villa Aux Lions is a fully detached 8-person villa with private pool located in the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche holiday park near the charming village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.

The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche park has a large communal swimming pool, bowling alleys, tennis courts, table tennis tables, children's games and a multi-sports field where you can play football, basketball or volleyball. The park is located on the river Ardèche 5 minutes from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and terraces.

The cultural richness of the Ardeche

Although the environment of Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche is mainly dominated by the rugged natural beauty and waving vineyards, the area has many picturesque villages. The lively Ruoms, just north of the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, once started as a monastery. Around it slowly grew a village that is now a popular holiday spot. During your stay at Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, a visit to the city of Alès should not be missed. Do you prefer to stay close to the holiday park? Then go for an afternoon to the cozy Vallon Pont d'Arc, a historic town and center for cultural tourism.

The beautiful surroundings of Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche

It is not surprising that so many nature lovers opt for a holiday at Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche. The large variation in altitude and climate guarantees a rich variety of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds of prey and, at dusk, deer, roe deer and wild boar appear at the forest edges. In the many caves countless bats keep their hibernation.

Gorges de l'Ardeche

Rough natural forms manifest themselves in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The rocks in this forest sometimes seem scattered by a giant hand. Through erosion they have acquired all kinds of bizarre forms. The many caves in the Ardeche are also worth a visit during your holiday!

The spacious and tastefully furnished villa Aux Lions with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is situated in a beautiful location within the luxury villa park and the villa and garden offer lots of privacy. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open kitchen offer plenty of opportunities and space to enjoy with family and friends. Through a double sliding door you can reach the cozy covered terrace. The living room has electric radiators, but also a cozy wood-burning fireplace, (wonderfully warm in the spring and autumn). A large Smart TV with Dutch channels and a DVD player. The whole house is equipped with screens and has shutters to keep the heat out.

The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, a second fridge with extra large freezer, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, microwave and oven.

On the ground floor there are 2 further bedrooms, a bathroom, an indoor hallway and a separate toilet. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 box spring beds (210 x 90 cm) with bedside tables, a large closet with hanging and leg section, a mirror with chest of drawers and a chair. Through the French doors you have unobstructed views of the garden and the surrounding mountains and you can walk into the pool. The second bedroom is located at the front of the villa. This room also has French doors and is equipped with two box spring beds (200 x 80 cm) and bedside tables, a large closet with hanging and leg section, a mirror and a chair. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. All beds have single duvets and pillows. The bathroom has a sink and a spacious shower with low entry, and is therefore also suitable for the disabled. The toilet is located separately next to the bathroom.

On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and toilet. The first bedroom is located at the front of the villa. Again 2 box spring beds (200 x 80 cm) with bedside tables, two large chests of drawers, a chair and a mirror. This bedroom has a wall fan. The cosily furnished fourth bedroom is located at the rear of the villa with a beautiful view of the garden and the swimming pool. Again two box spring beds (200 x 80 cm) with bedside tables, a wardrobe with hanging and leg section, a chair and a mirror. The room has a ceiling fan. Also upstairs the beds have single duvets and pillows. Bathroom with sink, bath and toilet. On this floor is also a large covered balcony overlooking the garden and pool. From here you can also see the river.

Outside:

Once you have arrived downstairs, you can enter the spacious covered terrace from the living room through the sliding doors where you can enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is equipped with a large table with eight adjustable chairs and a parasol. An electric barbecue is also available for guests. The garden is well protected, offers enough privacy and is closed with fences so dogs and (small) children can not walk away. In the back of the garden there is a jeu de boules court with lighting, fun to play a game in the evening! There are adjustable sunbeds at the private pool. The bath is safely closed with an electric roll cover. By the pool heating, the bath can be heated throughout the rental season. Professionals provide weekly maintenance. After swimming you can shower under the outdoor shower.

In the garage / storage room a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. Ironing board and iron, a deep fryer and the electric barbecue can be found in the hall closet. A safe is available.

At the villa itself there is space for 2 - 3 cars to park. Of course Wifi internet is available in the villa. Pets are allowed.

The villa is rollator friendly and through the shower with low entry into the bathroom downstairs, the bedrooms downstairs and the passageways without barriers, suitable for the disabled.
