The house has air conditioning, fireplace, internet, laundry room and a grassy area for Fido to enjoy! Linens are provided. Kayak/Canoe are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 3 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 PM and must check-out by 12 PM.

Two Beautiful Tiny Homes on Lake with Dock Near VIK Medical
Two New 2 bedroom Tiny Homes on Lake Travis. Price is for the entire property, including both tiny homes. Two queen size beds plus sectional sofa in each home. Homes includes a Washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooktop, convection microwave. Private Boat Dock w/ dual trapeze. 1.3 acre property located within one mile of Crosswater Marina in Lakeway. Outside deck with grill, fire pit, water mat and two kayaks. There is an electrical hookup for an RV if you want to bring one for an extra fee.
This listing of 500/night is for rental of both Tiny Homes. We do ask that the week of Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends be rented at $600/night for both homes.
