Good location and pet friendly.

I had a situation where I had to extend several times and the incredible manager honored my rate throughout the stay, even refunding the amount I paid. They did not have to do it and they did! Also everyone and I mean everyone - housekeeping, management, front desk are incredibly friendly and warm, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. I agree with one other guest that if you want a quiet room do not face the highway. I asked for a quiet room and they found one for me! The pool music was loud in the evening and they even turned it down for me! I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks Aloft Tempe!

The hotel was nicely decorated and our room was clean. It was right across from an In-N-Out and other dining options which was convenient. I did not receive any “Arf package” for my dog as advertised here and on their website. Also, they seemed unaware that I was traveling with a pet even though I booked it on BringFido and it says the “Canine Concierge” will make sure they know I have a pet. But overall a fine & comfortable stay for us passing through the Phoenix/AZ area on a road trip.

The location is ideal for restaurants, ASU anything, and activities along the Tempe Lake. There is a little grassy area next to the pool for dogs and dogs are welcomed on the patio near the pool too. The Tempe Lake is a minute away and provides the perfect place for long walks with your pup. We will definitely stay here again.

We were driving from CA to TX with our senior Frenchie and wanted to make sure we stayed in an area that is comfortable for all of us. Being exhausted from the drive, we truly appreciated being able to just walk outside the hotel to take him out. He has limited mobility and his eyesight is also not very good so this was very convenient for us. The room itself was very comfortable and we slept really well which helped tremendously to get rested for the next leg of our road trip. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and the location was not too out of the way and felt safe. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Our girls were right at home in this sharp hotel.. they even got a bath and blowout here!

We stayed two nights with our beagle. The first floor rooms are reserved for dogs so it’s easy to take them outside. This hotel was fantastic and the staff all super nice and helpful. Don’t miss taking a walk along the trail that borders the lake shore.
