You’ll love the convenience of being close to the grocery stores and restaurants and how quickly you can be downtown in the middle of the action. This place is full of all the conveniences of home, from the comfortable mattresses with high-quality linens to the multiple seating area's and tv's with screaming fast wifi, a gorgeous kitchen for cooking or catching up on emails over a coffee and the relaxing backyard the whole family will enjoy.

Settle in on the family room sofa right next to the gas fireplace with a drink and some take-out for a night in. This room is elegant and comfortable and a great space to kick your feet up after a day of work or exploring the city and surrounding areas.
Bedrooms
In keeping with the modern and simple design, you’ll find the bedrooms are not only highly comfortable but also stylish. We’ve chosen our favorite blue moon color palettes for each room to provide an atmosphere of calm so you can have a fantastic night's sleep and be ready for whatever the next day brings.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom with ensuite: Located on the top floor, you’ll find the master suite with a king-sized bed, and a full private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 with shared bathroom: The second guest room is also located on the top floor with a queen bed and closet.
Bedroom 3 with shared bathroom: The third bedroom is also located on the top floor with a queen-size bed, side table and lamp for late-night reading and a large window allowing the room to fill with natural light throughout the day. There’s also ample closet space and a dresser for tucking away luggage.
Bedroom 4 with shared bathroom: The fourth bedroom is on the top floor with 2 single beds with some extra storage underneath. This room is perfect for your littles to have a place to call their own!
This home sleeps 8 guests comfortably.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: Guests in the master ensuite will enjoy a private bathroom with a soaking tub and enclosed shower.
Bathroom 2: Guests from the second and third bedrooms share this immaculate full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bathroom 3: There is a half bathroom for all guests located on the main floor
Bathroom 4: The basement has a full bath with a stand up shower.
Modern & Inviting Kitchen
This kitchen is a pleasure to spend time preparing meals in, with its large windows and rich cabinets providing tons of cheery light throughout the day. We’ve equipped the kitchen with a french door fridge and stainless steel oven, a coffee maker and a beautiful granite countertop island that offers additional bar seating. The dining nook lends a touch of glamour, situated near the patio door to the outdoor grilling area so that you can keep an eye on the kids as they play in the backyard while you relax and enjoy your coffee.

A full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals.
Serving utensils.
Tongs for grilling on the BBQ.
A complete set of knives.
Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Mixers
Stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper and all your basic condiments.
Outdoor Space
Blue Moon is well maintained with great curb appeal and a fantastic backyard space you’ll love. Whether you have kids with you or you’re on your own, you’ll definitely spend a lot of time out here, depending on the time of year.
The home has a large wooden deck with a comfortable seating area around a fire feature for gathering around and spending warm summer evenings. There’s also a grill for barbecuing and a fire pit where you can roast marshmallows and spend time nurturing relationships with friends and family any time of year.
Getting To Know The Neighborhood
Downtown Calgary (20 mins): You’ll love being so close to the downtown core, where you can plan to visit all the main attractions like the Calgary Zoo, Telus Spark Science Centre, eat at incredible restaurants and get caught up in everything that famed “Cow-Town” has to offer.
University of Calgary (20 mins): If you have a student attending University here or considering enrolling, staying at The Highland makes visiting campus simple.
The Calgary Tower (21 mins): Don’t miss seeing the city from the very best vantage point. Calgary Tower is a must for visitors who want to take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the city you can’t get anywhere else. It’s a fantastic place for a memorable date night or family adventure.
Banff National Park (1 hour): Don’t miss out on the mountains during your stay with us. We recommend planning a day trip regardless of the time of year to either go skiing, boarding, hiking or just take in the beauty of the mountains up close and personal. It’s a must-see!
Calgary Stampede Olympic Park (25 mins): If you’ve come to see “the greatest outdoor show on earth,” The Highland is only a short 25-minute drive from the center of the festivities.
Blue Moon is conveniently located right next Stoney Trail and Grey Eagle Casino. We recommend having a personal car for running errands and getting around the city. However, public transportation and Uber, Lyft and taxi services all have a solid presence in the area.

2. Parties will not be permitted on the property.
3. There is no smoking permitted in the property including vapes. Smoking is permitted on the deck and outside area but guests are required to dispose of there butts responsibly.
4. We ask that you please respect the neighbors as they are great people.
5. We provide a high quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.
