Hotel is in need of remodeling/refresh but adequate. Good location. Charged $25 pet fee for entire stay so that was nice. Better than expected breakfast. I wish all pet owners would clean up after their dogs. Makes the rest of us look bad! 😄

The hotel is okay. Furniture is scraped/partially broken, but still functional. Lots of areas to walk your dogs but the waste container is overflowing. Breakfast was hot and decent. I do get annoyed by hotels that put pets on higher floors but at least the room was right next to the stairs (the elevator is teeeeeny tiny and slow). I wouldn't want to stay long, but it's fine for an overnight.

Clean, well furnished rooms; very good breakfast, close to lots of great restaurants - some within walking distance. Friendly staff, too. The only negative comment we had was that the elevator arrives slow, close the door slow, moves between floors slow, and then opens the door slow. It's just slow. But with all the other plusses of this hotel, a slow elevator can be overlooked!

Our stay here was nice, however was very disappointed with the parking. Having a loved one with mobility issues, I complained and asked for other alternatives for handicapped parking as there were no more available. The receptionist was not very helpful at all and I didn't feel very safe parking in the dark and far away.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable. There was no designated area for pups to relieve themselves and our choice of rooms was limited to 3rd or 4th floor.

Good place, did well during chaotic times (post winter storm water & electric issues)
Only reason I didn't put a 5 star is that they were lax on mask wearing with both staff and guests indoors (especially cleaning staff, which was concerning during covid). We have La Quinta hopped all the way across the country as we moved with our two dogs....this one looked the nicest from the outside! Unfortunately once we arrived, the elevator was broken (no biggie) and our room was on the third floor. Once we got to our room, the bathroom floor was completely COVERED in black hair. I’m talking an entire hairbrush full. This tells me that whoever cleaned this room did not even attempt to clean the bathroom floor....gross. We checked the bed next and there were tons of stains all over the sheets. The bathroom towels were what really got me....there were exactly two and they were the size of a postage stamp and paper thin. I held one up to show my husband and he could see right through it! La Quinta’s are always hit or miss, we love them because they accept pets for free, but this one was definitely a miss!
Plus side: You are really close to restaurants and shops and the parking lot is large and easy to park a moving truck in!

First our room was given away, next they put us in a room that was occupied. Then we got a room great, but on third floor and smaller. Not end of world stuff.
But no towels, wonder if room was fully cleaned. Good thing we travel with own cleaning supplies. Of did I mention we had room right by elevator, you know noise until when ever we work to keep our dog quiet. So we go to leave and elevator is not working, did I say 3rd floor. No worries extra steps carrying cage up oh joy.

This hotel was dirty - floors in the general walkways has pet stains that looked like they had dried there. The carpeting on the stairs appeared as if they had not been vacuumed for a while-dust and food particles. We were not comfortable staying here

I really like this hotel. Not exactly sure how new it is but It was very clean and modern compared to some of the other Ramada’s and La Quinta’s on our way. Pretty good location if you have a family. Lots of food choices in the area. Oh and very clean bathrooms.
