Several items were broken in our room and employees were too busy on their phones and talking with other employees to tend to the guests. Worst Holiday Inn stay we ever had. Also, for having an older dog we requested main floor room, they put us on the 4th floor.
It was ok for one night. There was an area for the dogs to use the potty, however our room had several issues. Sink didn’t drain properly, fridge was noisy and a/c didn’t work properly. There was also a smoke detector somewhere in the hotel that was chirping....
