Beautifully decorated and fully upgraded home with a large private fence in the backyard. You will have full access to the kitchen area . Tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood 2.5 miles from UF. Enjoy short travel to the University of Florida, UFHealth, Oaks Mall or Downtown. Be in the center of it all at the 'Heart of Gainesville’.
