The Heim Residences are delighted to offer our Chicago Loft Boutique Apartment, in the heart of central Manchesters Gay Village.
A Chicago Loft strikes a balance between industrial and chic.
This loft-style home is far from being vanilla, found in a repurposed warehouse built in Manchester’s industrial heyday. It has the light and airy open floor-plan, high ceilings, exposed brick, and timber beams associated with loft living spaces from over the pond in the windy city, Chicago.
The Space:
The apartment is perfectly located within ‘The Gay Village’ of Manchester City Centre, enjoying a prime location, surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars, with direct access to some of the best entertainment venues that the city has to offer.
The central location means you’ll only be a stones throw away from Oxford Road Station, and a short walk away from Manchester Picadilly, so traveling to and within the city will be a breeze during your time with us.
Found within a beautiful converted period property, you’ll enjoy your stay in an apartment as unique as the building in which it is situated. Boasting with original features such as; exposed brickwork, wooden beams and cast iron pillars. You’ll also get to benefit from plenty of natural light, that has no choice but to flood the apartment through the wall to wall industrial style windows that feature in each room.
No expense has been spared in the design of this property and it features two double bedrooms, complete with luxury mattresses, bedding and floor to ceiling curtains, all in place to aid your perfect nights sleep.
The light and bright open plan living area is one we are especially proud of. Featuring the highest quality furnishings, stylish wooden panelling throughout the dining and living space and a super comfy chaise-longue 4 seater sofa-bed.
If you’d like the sofa bed to be made up for you prior to your stay, please advise one of our very helpful customer service team and they will get that prepared for you. This will open up into a standard double bed, and boosts our guest capacity to six total in this apartment.
This is certainly is a space worth bragging about.
Golden accents and unique accent tiles found within the bathroom really add to the feel of luxury.
The apartment has a retro feel, and stylistic additions of oak, pops of metal and soothing textures found in the choice of soft furnishings really make this apartment feel like a home away from home. We hope you’ll enjoy your stay… but we warn you, you may not want to leave.
We may be biased, but we feel Manchester is truly one of the best cities in the world, and our design inspiration for the property is that of another super cool city… Chicago!
Loft/warehouse style living is ever popular in America, and so we have decided to bring a slice of that to the UK. We hope that you enjoy this property as much as we do, and we cannot wait to welcome you!
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the whole apartment.
There is a Banatynes gym located within 20m of the property and is shared with other members. Day and month memberships can purchased.
In the unlikely event that the lift is not working, you will need to take the stairs.
If you are staying for a number of nights, you may need to take the waste out to the waste deposit area at the back of the building. If you do so, you will need to exit through the front of the building, turn right and then right again down Waterloo Street. The bin store is located behind the wooden doors half way down the building,. The code is 2589X.

Getting Around:
When you walk out the front door, you will be in the heart of Manchesters Gay Village.
You are never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store.
There are a number of off and on street parking spaces available all around the development. You can park free of charge on the street in designated bays, between the hours of 20:00 and 08:00. There is also an underground pay and display car park adjacent to the development, where is costs £8.00 daily to park. The full address of this car park is as follows: Just Park, Granby Row, M1 7AP. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s).

Other Things to Note:
In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest portal, powered by Enso Connect. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fee’s are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late checkout and other services, extra guests and or extra nights.
Please ensure these are completed prior to your stay as guests will not be able to access the apartments until your Enso verification and deposit hold is complete.
This step ensures both the safety of the property and the guest, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team with any questions or concerns regarding your stay.
Interaction with Guests:
One of The Jacksonheim Boutique team is on hand between 09:00 and 23:00 everyday, at the end of a phone or chat, to assist with any questions you may have.
