Outside, your private backyard oasis awaits. The heated swimming pool—available at no extra charge between October and April—is set to a comfortable 85°F for most of the season. Do note that if the outdoor temperature falls below 40°F, the pool may not reach that target temperature despite the heater running. Still, it’s a perfect place to lounge, take a dip, or enjoy sunny afternoons and starry evenings.
Pets are welcome to stay at no additional cost, making this home a wonderful choice for guests traveling with furry family members.

-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.

The pool is heated at no additional charge to guests during the colder months, from October through May, with the heater set to maintain a comfortable 85°F (29°C). Please note that if the outdoor temperature drops below 40°F (4°C), the pool may not be able to maintain the full 85°F despite the heater running. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying the pool during the warmer parts of the day.
