Front desk person had a big attitude and was unhelpful.

Clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, and quiet. Bed and bedding were top notch. Beautiful shower with great water pressure and hot water. I’ll be back again.

A guest left his dog in the room unattended, which is clearly against their rules. The dog barked constantly from 8:30-11:30. I felt so bad for the dog as well as the front desk person. She called the dog owner and left many messages as did the general manager. The front desk person was getting so many complaints and actually had to move several guests to different rooms.

I have been traveling for 6 months and this is the best city hotel I have experience in my travels. Pet welcoming and the staff couldn’t be more kind and thoughtful and helpful. I actually don’t want to leave.
