Lack of maintenance. Staff couldn't care less if we were there, and the BED BUG bites we found the next day.

Toilet didn’t flush all the way, floors didn’t seem clean as they could have been; it was nice to be on first floor near a grassy patch for our dog and room was large. Near shops, good restaurants and close to Gulf Shores beach.

Roaches everywhere! They claim newly renovated but the fake leather chair had no fake leather left on it. There was mildew/mold. I don't think the room, sheets, blankets, towels, wash rags have been cleaned at all. All washable things were filthy and had a horrible odor. The room stunk. When we turned the covers down the sheets were covered in human hair and dirt. The room was not clean nor was it cleaned after our complaint. Didn't help matters that the doors didn't shut properly, they have to be slammed. Yep, getting no sleep from slamming doors is not my idea of a fun time. Don't stay here unless you bring your own sheets, towels, and roach spray. My 4 pound fur baby was terrified. We took him everywhere with us because we were scared to leave him at this motel. Will not ever stay here again. Should've read the reviews before I booked!

This place was NASTY. We cleaned the room ourselves and there was even a roach. We had to have the TV turned on by the staff and there was no breakfast as advertised due to Covid.

Great stay for July 4th weekend. From check in to check out the staff was pleasant. Our room was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. We had our dog with us and found the surrounding grounds great for walking her. Especially liked that the parking lot was well lit at night. Very nice pool area. Walking distance to The Track (putt putt, bumper boats, go karts, etc). Would stay here again!

Room had strong mildew smell. There was mold growing on the furniture. Lamp was rusting. Floor felt wet. Mold on bed pillows. Holes in ceiling from water damage. I was afraid the room would make us sick, it was that bad. Never again!
