  Great location

  Loved the layout of the room for the dogs so they have their own sleeping quarters separate from the bedroom area (just like home, so not too much changes for them). Very clean and super comfortable lodging.

  Great Hotel

  This is a really nice hotel in a great location. I felt a little out of place with the dog because it was so nice. No microwave in the room, which is a deal breaker for me because I like to stay put when traveling by myself.

  Nice rooms, no pet fee

  I generally love the Aloft hotels, and our stay here was nice, but it was a little difficult to adjust to/accept after we spent the previous night at the other Jax location, which welcomed Patch with open arms, loving smiles, and even a welcome goody bag with a (full) poop bag dispenser, mini frisbee, and treats. The room sizes also felt significantly different. (This one was $20 cheaper and felt $20 cheaper.) With that said, we had an easy stay and didn’t have any issues, and it’s still better than most motels, so I’d still recommend it!

  Perfect pit stop

  Room was clean, bed was comfy. Enough grass area for my fur baby to sniff & do her business. Just off of I-95 so it was an all in all perfect pit stop for our Thanksgiving road trip. Liked it enough I booked a room to stop for the night heading back home.

  Great hotel for our pups

  Our room was great. Very clean and tidy. Updated rooms with nice showers & bedding. Nice back yard area for on-leash potty breaks. Great pet-friendly restaurants & shopping within walking distance. Recommend 100%.

  Very nice room, very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Only downfall at no fault of the hotel: dog area surrounded by businesses and cars. Very busy if you have a dog that is sensitive or easily distracted.

  Favorite Jacksonville hotel

  We have stayed here several times and have always had a good experience. Hotel is clean and quiet and they are so nice to our dog. She loves staying here!

  Great Experience

  Had such a great experience here. We stayed for one night but they were so accommodating. I was traveling back home with my pup and my mom who broke her leg. The staff was extremely helpful and gave us a handicapped room and a wheelchair to use during our stay. The room was very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

  Whatever you do, make sure you don’t stay near the elevators!! OMG people are so loud!! Right up until midnight. The rooms are pretty good. There are so many food options in walking distance! Would I stay there again? Yes, but I’d make sure I am far enough away from the elevators!

  Nice, convenient

  Very clean modern. Good location plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Shower has no place for your own products. Complimentary tea and coffee. Everything else (including breakfast) is at cost.

  This was the first time we’ve ever brought a dog to a hotel so we weren’t quite sure what to expect. The room was clean and on the first floor, so that made taking her out easy. The price was great, with no extra pet fee. We would stay here again.

  Excellent location!

  The hotel was great and the extra is La Nopalera Mexican restaurant is next door with patio seating by a lake. They were very welcoming of our dog as well!

  All was good. Great grassy area around building for dog. Room clean and bed comfortable. Convenient to be on first floor right by side door but slightly noisy being by door.

  Very Disappointing

  Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and I would advise avoidance if possible. Check in was fine and the experience was friendly and welcoming…too bad it went downhill from there. First and foremost the room was dirty…not vacuumed and wiped down. Unacceptable. On top of that, our toilet did not work. After maintenance made some feeble attempts with a plunger he simply said…”it’s going down real slow” and left. After trying to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the toilet not working we made the decision to leave at the moment. I had high hopes based on rating on BringFido but the experience was just not acceptable.

  I would absolutely stay here again. Hotel has very cool decor, awesome staff, and super clean. They even have a bar. They seem to love dogs. Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

  Top Notch

  Stayed there twice within a week traveling with my cats and the rooms were comfortable, Smelled great and my cats were so relaxed in the environment there. This hotel will always be my go to from now on traveling.

  Restful overnight

  The location and ease of check-in with our dogs gives this hotel 5 bones. The staff greeted us, checked us in, and even welcomed our dogs. The room was clean, smelled fresh and was conveniently located on the first floor. We also appreciate the airport-syled luggage carts which makes bringing bags in and out a breeze.

  The entire property was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and linens were great. They cared about following Covid protocols to keep their guests and staff as safe as possible. Highly recommended!

  No Dog Fees!!

  Not sure why this is not the lead off for every review - they don’t charge an extra fee for your dogs!!!
  As anyone that travels with pets knows - this can get expensive- so super happy to find this hotel chain!
  As far as amenities and cleanliness- yes the rooms are modern decor - no frills - but completely fine. The room was clean - if you start looking in corners and crevices I’m sure you can find some lint -but I was comfortable. No free breakfast but I don’t care about that . Mini fridge in the room - good for keeping drinks and dog food.
  Ideal location - the Riverside City Marketplace (huge shopping complex) is right across the street.
  I would definitely stay again!!!

  There were restaurants and other food options near by. The lobby looked cozy with a fireplace in the center. The Aloft is very modern.

  Needed better housekeeping

  The Aloft is a great dog-friendly hotel chain. But, on our recent stay at the Jacksonville airport location, the service fell short of brand standards. In the Covid-19 era, guests expect rooms to be clean. In this case, there was hair in the shower and a used coffee filter left in the coffee maker from a prior guest's stay. There was also no soap in the bathroom. This one needs a bit better quality control.

  Another Great Stay

  Great place for you and your BFF. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is great and very welcoming. Plenty of green space for the dog to walk, and they even have a “poop station” Highly recommend

  2 Stays ... Both Were Great

  2nd time in a month my humans brought me here. Right as I entered, I knew I was welcome. They have a bowl with water and a bowl with treats! It's a boutique hotel so the rooms are trendy-modern, not too big but we had a king bed which I dominated. Everyone was nice to me. I enjoyed my stay.

  What a dump

  Upon check in room stunk and condition was awful.....immeduately checked out. Can’t say Ive ever been in such a gross place. Aside from the awful condition, the room is extremely small. Don’t be fooled by the pictures......
