Needs serious renovations.

Check to make sure the elevators work, (they didn’t for us and never mentioned that fact when we booked an hour prior to arriving) or until I filled out all the paperwork and paid. Then they tried to put us and our 14 yr old dog on the 2nd floor until I complained. Then they surprisingly discovered a 1st floor room WAS available! One Queen bed. That’s it. No chair, or table. and hardly enough room around the bed to walk. The room was relatively clean but old and very basic everything. $25 extra pet fee. The location is not close to restaurants and the surrounding area was extremely dark at night.

Room is less than average, toilet had "soil" ring, so had not been cleaned. The AC was noisy, so hard to fall asleep. And for a hotel that is "dog friendly", it had virtually no areas outside for the dog to walk and take care of business. In fact, the only attribute that it had to make it dog friendly was that they allow pets. I would have given no bones, it was not worthy of one bone.

This spot was fine for a night but likely would not stay again. The carpet was torn, and overall cleanliness wasn’t as good as would have liked.

Long day of traveling and found this place. Was able to book and arrived 2.5 hours later. Beds are super comfortable as well as pillows. I liked that the floors can be washed rather than vacuumed. We were in the middle of a snowstorm and couldn’t leave the next day. Power went out for about 5 hours which meant no heat. when power came on, it must’ve shorted out the heater. They moved us to a new room! The maintenance fellow even shoveled an area in the grass for our pups. Both rooms were very clean. New towels as well. No laundry facilities on site though. Very friendly staff. Not a full breakfast due to Covid-19. Coffee, juice, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, blueberry muffins, bagels and yogurt. Perfect!
