Pool + Hot Tub Relaxing San Marco Historic Home In Jacksonville (Downtown Jacksonville)
This unique 1950's home has a style all its own. Full of character and centrally located in the heart of Jacksonville in the quiet residential neighborhood of San Marco. Everything you need in one stay. Pool + hot tub available, full kitchen and sleeps up to 6. Could sleep 7 if they would like to sleep on the pull out couch. This was our first home and we put a lot of love into making it your perfect stay.

Guest Restrictions
There is a 7 guest maximum for this property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Children are also welcome.
Prohibited Use
Sorry, party animals. Events are strictly prohibited at this property. Smoking is not allowed.
House Rules
Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).
Check out before 11:00 AM.
Children allowed: ages 0-17.
Additional $100/ night if wanting to heat the pool, heating the hot tub is complimentary. No putting oil in the drains - No feminine products down the toilets as it will result in plumbing issues - No loud music after 10pm outside. Having over the limit of guest will result in immediate request to vacate the property with no refund.
