South Broadway Manor allows pets of any size in designated rooms for an additional fee of $50 per stay, plus a one-time $50 cleaning fee and a refundable deposit of $50. Both dogs and cats are welcome, but exotic pets are not allowed. Food and water bowls are provided in the room. A litter box is provided for guests with cats. There is an off-leash area for dogs on the property.
