  Never again

  I booked this hotel because it’s pet friendly. I had to sign two pages of paperwork saying I was responsible for any damage caused by my pet and that my pet was not allowed in the lobby! I fully expect to pay for any of MY pets damage. The room smelled of urine, the carpet had multiple stains and a huge tear on the sofa. I reported these things and a note was made and I was not held responsible, but if others were held to the paperwork I doubt I would have had to document the above. There is an EV car charger which no one could tell me if it worked plus there was a non EV parked in the 'EV Only' parking space the entire time we were there.

  Great with pets!

  Plenty of area to walk Fido(s)! Room is clean and adequately stocked. I really appreciate that their room fridges have a real freezer compartment so we can reference our cooler packs. My only complaint is pillows. I really would like either more or full size pillows, but if you’re traveling with pets, this is the best deal in Dothan. Breakfast buffet was good.

  They said they were overbooked and cancelled our paid reservation on the day of our hurricane evacuation.

  Clean room

  The good: room was very clean with no doggie odor. There was plenty of parking with good areas to walk the dogs. The not so good: The bed was very hard, albeit with nice sheets and comforter. The pillows were so small that if you turned from your back to your side, you would be off the pillow and wake up. The AC in room 109 would intermittently (every 20 or 30 minutes, I’m guessing) start clicking loudly for 15-20 seconds. We didn’t sleep well.

  Good experience

  Easy check-in, friendly desk clerk. Nice, clean room on 1st floor. Didn't hear any other dogs. Plenty of grass for dog to walk and poop bags and trash cans were available. Definitely recommend this location!

  Pretty Nice Accommodations

  You definitely know you are in a pet friendly room. The doggy smell gives it away. All in all a pretty nice room, spacious, clean and everything in good working order. Location was excellent, lots of restaurants and lots of grass for your 4 legged friends. I’d stay there again if in the area. 4 bones.

  Great for our fido

  Wonderful check-in. Fidos on ground floors. Nice rooms very clean. Only negative was carpet which left a musty odor. Nice breakfast for the price of the rooms. We will return on return trip.

  Nice motel, clean, and welcoming to our pup!

  Easy check in, 1st floor room convenient for dog! Breakfast was pretty skimpy for some items. More people than food!

  Busy Hotel

  We checked in on a Saturday, lots of families with kids so the place was full of merriment. Unfortunately sleep was a little tough. As far as bringing your dog, all was good there, nice place to walk them. Recommend this place probably more during the week versus the weekend.

  Surprised

  I have stayed at BW's in the past and was never overly impressed at the quality. But, this time I was very surprised. This particular BW was update, clean, and welcoming. The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean and met all my expectations. The outdoor pet area was large, accessible, and well taken care of. I would recommend this particular BW, especially if you have a pet.

  Great spot for us and our pooch!

  This was a great spot for us. Clean, updated facility, friendly and helpful staff, nice big room with a couch, plenty of room to walk the pooch and a good HOT breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

  Right off the highway. We were there much earlier than we thought we would be and the ladies were great about checking us in early. Right across from Winn-Dixie as well

  Lots of grassy areas to walk pets, decent pool, large rooms and friendly staff :) There’s a complimentary breakfast and they let you leave your dog/dogs in the room if they’re well behaved

  Great Stay, with two downfall!

  Location great, room great and clean. Now for the 2 things that need to be fixed.You are unable to bring your dog through main lobby which is not the real problem The real problem is because you can not come through the main lobby door, you have to go to the side door to bring your dog and stuff in. This does not allow you to use the luggage cart, unless you take dog in first and leave in room alone and go back and than get cart and luggage,or unload first and than bring dog in side door after unloading. Either way it is a inconvenience, especially after a long drive and dog is ready to get out and not be left in car. Second issue is the pet station does not have a lighted area at night making it difficult to see poop to be picked up. The pet station does have poop bags, but it looked like someone needs to empty the waste basket as it was completely full to overflowing out. Otherwise it is a clean and nice hotel.

  Welcoming, safe and clean

  My 2 kids, 2 pups and I spent the night on our way from Memphis to Orlando. Kim at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. There was plenty of green space and poop bags available. It was raining the morning we left, so I greatly appreciated the towels thoughtfully provided inside the side entrance. This place gets it.
