It's a little crowded around that area. Staff was nice enough and if you walk a bit there is a big grass area up against an apartment complex. I like quieter and less congested areas. No restaurants within walking distance but there is a Walmart if you need anything.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived; waited more than 10 minutes at the end of a long day. Overcharged without any explanation, put on hold indefinitely when I called to inquire. The chair was soaking wet from the previous guest and the room wasn't properly cleaned.

Checked in, went to the room and it was not finished being cleaned. Still needed towels and the floor to be vacuumed. Came back the next day to get in the room and the gentleman that checked us in only checked is in for one night. Had to get new keys. Very pleasant staff to fix the issues.

Hotel was reasonably new and well maintained. About 7 minutes from a nice off-leash dog park. Less than 2 minutes from a very nice park/nature walk. A couple nice patios within 5 minutes. If I’m ever stopping in Conway again I will definitely stay there again.

You will hear absolutely everything from every room around you: doors opening, creaky floors above you, talking, toilets flushing, conversations. The outside area is very well lit and there are multiple dog waste stations, which was nice. The staff was friendly. The facility overall has seen better days, but the bed linens and towels were very clean.

Stayed here 1 night. Very clean, accommodating for dogs, and excellent breakfast. They did have poop stations which was also helpful. Wish they had larger grass area.

Got settled into our room only to find out that neither the TV nor phone worked. Called the desk from my cell phone and she said she’d be right down. Quite a bit later she showed up and she got the TV on but then said that the problem with that particular TV is the sound doesn’t work and the remote doesn’t work the TV. What??? Why does a hotel have a TV that doesn’t work? It’s not like that tiny TV costs a fortune to replace. $150 tops. Bad management!!!
She then offered us another room down the hall and checked it to make sure everything was working. Very nice of her but still an inconvenience since we had to load everything back up again as if we were leaving. Thankfully the TV and phone in the new room both worked and we had a decent night's rest. Also the door lock to the outside door of the hotel was broken so anyone could get into the hotel without a key card and there appeared to be some homelessness nearby from the trash seen at the restaurant next door. Hotel is right next to the freeway but zero freeway noise inside the room, so that is a plus to be had. It wasn’t all bad. :)

The hotel was decent. Nothing super fancy. Very pet friendly even for really large dogs. Able to come and go through the lobby with no issues.

The staff was helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious for our 2 large dogs. The only downside was the sofa and chair were really old and you would totally sink in when sitting on it.

We stayed at a Red Roof inn in Birmingham the night before (Friday). They were the same price, but the differences were extreme. This La Quinta in Conway was clean and the staff was friendly. The room felt safe for our pets and the surrounding area felt safe for us. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty good. The room and bed were large and clean. I like the sanitary of TV remote control and some small sanitary packages in the room. So, we planned to apply the membership of La Quinta Inn, but we changed our minds after we saw a broken and very dirty ventilator. We really like the soft bed and pillows.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and a great perk, no pet fee. Our pupper enjoyed the green spaces to walk around and sniff. Our room was comfortable with our only issue being not great pillows, but we do travel with our own. I would recommend.

Hotel was nice. Could use some TLC. Staff was super nice and helpful. Good value!! Best part is that it is close to Conway’s Pet Safe Dog Park which was very nice and shady!!

This is a nice clean hotel with some grass around for the dog. There are plenty dining options nearby. There was no in room coffee maker which was strange. They did have a continental breakfast and coffee in the lobby

Excellent location if you want to take a bit longer walk with your dog. Hendrix Creek Reserve, with several trails is just down the street past the CNG station. It is lovely and very dog friendly.
