Quiet, well-behaved dogs may be left in the room unattended. Guests will find sparse areas of grass along the street in front of the property, or walk their dogs along the cobblestone riverfront. We arrived as a pit stop on our way to Florida with our 55 lb American Bully on a terribly rainy day. Pulling in to the hotel was tight and our expectations were kinda low. All changed when I walked through the doors. I was greeted by an incredibly friendly bellman and all was great from that point on. Our room was great. I love how the bathroom opens to the main room. Our 6 month old puppy was treated by everyone from the staff to the guests in such a friendly manner. We went up to rooftop bar with him and they brought us a bowl of water. One of the bartenders came around, sat on floor next to him giving him so much love. We felt so comfortable there and our puppy was incredibly well-received. It was a great experience all around. Room was very comfortable and very convenient. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here and will definitely go back. From the rooftop bar, river street restaurant, super friendly staff out front greeting us, to the pet friendly atmosphere it was all amazing. The dogs enjoyed having a balcony and it is always wonderful when your late night pee break is right outside the hotel. They have a substantial piece of grass directly in front of the hotel and many parks in close walking distance. Just be aware of those pesky aggressive squirrels! And make sure to double check your bill. We got charged daily for the dogs but they corrected the error as soon as we brought it to their attention.

The pet fee is a bit on the high side, but we stayed 4 nights so it evened out. We could not have asked for better, super friendly service. Even got some special dog treats when we checked in. Our dog got attention from someone every time we took him in and out. Walked along the River Front area late at night and felt totally safe.

Poorly labeled and hard time finding. Valet no help. Lady at front desk asked for my credit card/ID then handed me rooms keys with no other instructions/information. Room was plain. Terrible location and several homeless looking people all around. My husband refused to stay do to the unsafe surrounding environment so we left. Use caution traveling around here. Would never return again

It was a very welcoming and friendly staff at the hotel. Our room was very nice with a balcony and view of the river. I would definitely stay here again with our dog.
