Summary:
Carmel Nirvana is private with great canyon views, close to World Class Golf, Shopping, Restaurants, and Spas. Walking distance to Carmel- by the -Sea. Less them 1.5 miles walking to Carmel Beach. Beautifully updated home, lots of outdoor space to enjoy beautiful canyon. This roomy 2800 square foot is located on a wooded hillside overlooking Carmel’s Hatton Canyon. This four (4) bedroom home with three (3) full baths has been modernized from top to bottom. Visitors are invited and welcomed in by the spacious open floor plan. With high vaulted ceilings, skylights and floor to ceiling windows provide an abundance of light and exquisite forest views throughout the house.

Those seeking bliss in Carmel-by-the-Sea will find it here at “Nirvana,” a spacious and tranquil property that encourages private communion with the great outdoors and quality time shared with loved ones. This home is only 1.5 miles from Carmel Beach – well within easy reach of your favorite downtown restaurants, tasting rooms, and designer boutiques – yet it sits far back from the street on an oversized hillside lot, so there’s nothing to detract from the dreamlike sense of sun-dappled stillness and remoteness that suffuses the special atmosphere. Enter “Nirvana” via a descending driveway, and listen to bubbling fountains and soft breezes playing in the mature oak trees overhead. Sunlight filters through the leaves, gleaming on the surface of the hot tub’s soothing waters. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, state of the art gas oven and range and large refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with complete dinnerware, serving ware, utensils and all the appliances needed to entertain guests an elegant dinner. A sumptuous Master Suite is located on the main level, complimented with a King Bed, two (2) large closets and large sliding doors that open to the expansive upper deck. The deck provides guests with panoramic views of Hatton Canyon and the Santa Lucia mountains. Also on the main level, a second bedroom with a King Bed that may be converted into two twins and an additional full bath. The homes lower level also provides a separate entrance, and offers guests two (2) bedrooms with one full bath, an additional living area, large laundry room and second wrap around deck! County of Monterey Transient Occupancy Registration Certificate # 001088

Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.

In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property has electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities.

The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations
of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive
information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside
the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.

Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.

In regards to early access to the home or late check-out, that is based upon availability. In advance, we just don't know whether another guest will be checking out that morning or checking in that afternoon. Typically it takes our cleaners five to six hours to do the job properly.
