But nothing special for dogs. Clean with great views. Your dog needs to be accustomed to hustle and bustle as you are in the heart of Vegas. Dog pen for relief is small but functional.

Wonderful stay!! Very dog friendly experiences at the hotel with staff and other guests. The dog areas are nice and well kept, but small and artificial turf. our dog wouldn’t use them. However, if you’re willing to walk around with your dog, there are plenty of areas for your dog to find surrounding the hotel. There is a larger dog “park” area at the Vdara (sister hotel right next door). It's not huge but big enough. Still artificial turf though. I would definitely stay again.

We used to stay here with a 40 pound dog. They were super nice. Rooms are nice but my dog wouldn’t even use the relief areas because they were just so dirty.

It states that we would receive a doggie goodie bag, that didn’t happen. The room was clean but the sink didn’t drain once water was turned on. The dog relief area was very small and dirty, filled with animal waste.

My mom and dad brought me to Vegas on our 19-day road trip. I wasn’t sure about the registration area with so many humans and new smells, and I barked to let them know my feelings. I liked playing ball in my room and the nice lady from Grannies and Nannies who took care of me while my humans went out for four hours (Minimum of 4 hours @$45/hour, parking fee, and tip). The potty place on the 14th floor was small but suited my needs. I got extra treats from mom for being good. The hotel had no areas that allowed dogs other than the two small potty areas so I hung out in our room and sometimes in my kennel. It was pretty good cuz I got to be with my family and they wouldn’t have done as well without me. They think I’m pretty awesome!

Great, spacious rooms. Staff were great about the dogs. The Vegas Strip is tough though given the traffic and sparse green areas. The dog run by the pool was tiny and my 75 and 50 lb dogs wouldn’t use it.

I’ve stayed at other hotels and this by far exceeded my expectations. The reservation through this app went smoothly. I was nervous and called Cosmopolitan directly. The staff reassured me my reservation involved my two small dogs.
When I arrived, the staff asked if the dogs were up to date with their shots and had me sign their paperwork. They advised there would be a $50 fee per dog per day. Expensive, yes. There were no size limits for those who want to bring larger pup however there was a two dog limit.
Once I checked in my room, I received the Pupjoy box comprised of two treat bags, a toy, a traveling water bowl, and a pee pad. I stayed in the Chelsea Tower on the 51st floor. I had no issues or accidents when we went to the dog run on the 14th floor. There were six elevators and the travel time between floors was super fast, almost vomit level fast.
The dog run was open 24 hours. The Cosmopolitan supplied dog bags and there was an attached trash bin. The run had a large fire hydrant for dogs who liked to leave their mark. During the day, there were two large umbrellas to keep the turf cooler. There was no smell and the dog run was well maintained. The run was enclosed by narrow bars and a gate which allowed me to take the pups off their leash.
Overall, it was a small dog run but it was meant to be a relief area, not somewhere the pups can frolic. There were many times irresponsible dog owners would leave a pile. I took my dogs down every few hours and the staff made sure the piles were removed.
I’ve stayed at other hotels where the dog run was not even on the property. I had to go in the elevator, was through the courtyard and pool area, exit the hotel, cross over four lanes of valet/taxi traffic to a small four x four feet relief area. The hotel did not supply bags, there were flies everywhere, it reeked of urine, and one of my dogs slipped through the bars.
So… you get what you pay for and I’d stay at the Cosmopolitan any time. My recommendation, bring lots of pee pads. We stayed in a room with a terrace, and although my dogs are house broken, other dogs have marked in the terrace.

The hotel was nice but the room service made my party sick. And we woke up completely in pain from the awful mattresses. One thing I’ve noticed about Vegas is it’s very overpriced.

Experienced some issues at the start, but knowing what I know now I would return with my pups. Pros: Great location on the strip. Dogs allowed in the pool area with you (but not in the water). Staff was super friendly. They loved the pups! Rooms are nice.
Cons: Due to some new or miss-informed staff, we were put in a room that was way far away from pup relief area. Told we couldn't use the dog relief area after 6pm. All that was wrong - if you go, you can use the dog relief area on the 14th floor at any time. You also should be put in the Chelsea Tower (same as pool tower) as is practice with anyone with a dog. We also never received our dog gift pack even though asked a couple times. We gave up. And lastly It's a bit expensive when you have two dogs and stay a while.
Tip for humans: you pretty much need reservations to do anything in this place (see music, drink at the bar or eat) so plan ahead or you'll be bummed.

We loved our stay at the Cosmopolitan. The dogs had a fantastic time sitting on the terrace watching the Belagio fountain and all of the people and cars far below. The rooms were much nicer than expected for a casino hotel. The dog boxes were fun (but we had to ask a couple of times for them). I was glad that we spent the extra money for a terrace fountain view. The dog relief areas left something to be desired, but were adequate for our short stay. Everyone was very happy to see our dogs and were super nice. I will definitely stay here again if I have to go to Vegas.

We had an amazing stay in Vegas. The hotel was very welcoming to our Golden Retriever pup and can’t beat the location if you want to be right on the strip.

We had an excellent stay. The room was very nice and the hotel staff very accommodating towards our dog we were given a beautiful room overlooking the Vegas strip and immediately received delivery of a pet amenities box when we called and requested it with travel bowl, treats and toys. We were allowed to leave our well-behaved dog in the room unattended while we enjoyed a dinner on the strip and were told that a hotel staff member would perform a welfare check and take our dog on a walk and potty break if needed. My only comment would be that upon check in the pet paperwork I filled out still indicated the hotel had a limit of 25 pounds for a pet up to two max however the bring Fido App said dogs of any size allowed. We traveled with a Labrador retriever over 25 pounds and had no issues but I was alarmed when I had to sign the paperwork stating I understood their policy.

Friendly staff welcomed our dog with open arms, gave a free room upgrade to a beautiful suite and sent us a box of dog treats and supplies. Yes, the dog relief station on the 13th or 14th floor was really meant for small dogs but we just walked our very large dog through the casino and outdoors to do his business. The staff seems to truly love dogs.

I love the form they have you fill out at check in for your pet, it was very thorough and could be very handy information for the hotel to know Ive never seen a form like this at any other hotel. When we got to our room there was a nice doggy treat box waiting for us, it had some treats, a potty pad, a travel bowl, and a toy. They also have two different dog potty locations that were very easy to access.

The two dog bathroom areas are extremely small. For such a large facility (and pricey), and there are many dogs around, The Cosmopolitan should be able to create something nicer.

This place was so amazing for dogs. The staff at the pool knew our dog’s name every day we came down. Only warning is the 14th floor dog run is Astro turf which really gets hot mid day in the summer.

We had to call the concierge to remind them to bring our doggie treat box but other than that, it’s great. Has a little fenced fake grass area For potty on the 13th floor, you can let them off leash to do their business. The dogs are welcome in the casino, which was a bit surreal, but totally awesome. Being allowed to leave our well behaved dog alone in our room was such a problem solver and one of the reasons we have avoided Las Vegas in the past because there is nothing to do with your dog and nowhere to leave them.

The Cosmopolitan is a beautiful hotel/casino. There are so many different restaurants to choose from. Our room had a large balcony with comfortable wicker couch and chair. The beds were extremely comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower and private water closet. Fully stocked mini bar and a Separate fridge. Dogs receive a welcome box with a bowl, two different bags of dog treats and a stuffed squeaky animal toy. You are allowed to leave your dog in the room by themselves. The Puppy Pottie is on the Pool level and there are two outdoor bars at either end of the pool. Dogs are welcome to sit with their owners in the bar areas.

I believe the Cosmopolitan is the only hotel on the strip that does not have a size limit. The $50/night pet fee is reasonable, since most of the other hotels on the strip charge much more and only allow small dogs. My dog thoroughly enjoyed his welcome box from the hotel. The dog area next to the Chelsea pool is convenient, but was so small that my dog could barely turn around in it (I don't imagine it would be an issue for most dog owners though). In addition to being great for dogs, the hotel is absolutely amazing for humans too.

The amenities were better for Morty than me! So the 50 pet fee is pretty well spent... they gave him a box of high-end fancy grain free treats, a large collapsible bowl, lots of toys and a puppy pad (that we used to put his bowl on in the car while traveling). The dog run on the 14th floor was kind of tiny but it did the job for our short stay.

If you have the money, this hotel is well worth it! I lucked out and found an amazing rate for a one night stay. The dog fee was $50, however for a luxury hotel that's not bad. We stayed in a terrace room with a large balcony. Staff was very welcoming to both myself and my dog from the moment we walked in. After check-in and arriving to our room, the staff brought us a "pupjoy" box filled with treats, a toy and a travel bowl. It was a lovely surprise and very nice gesture. The room was very comfortable. Room service was perfect. The Staff informed me that my dog was allowed everywhere except restaurants, bars and the pool area. We were able to walk around the casino, which was a plus! They have two pet relief areas. We only visited the one on the 14th floor. It was a nice little fenced area with fake grass. Parking fee was $10 which I believe is less expensive than some of the cheaper strip hotels. The hotel is centrally located on the strip, a perfect location to explore either direction. Another plus was that it seemed like there was less elevator traffic than others casinos I have stayed in, which was nice for my dog. We can't wait to stay here again!
