Dam East Spillway (Day Use) is located at Carlyle Lake. The reservable day use area here is a picnic shelter with picnic tables, grills, lights, electricity that can accommodate 75 people. While here, visitors can walk Fido across the Main Dam, around the lake, or along miles of hiking trails.
