This canyon park and campground is popular with locals, who love exploring the area's hiking trails or trying their luck fishing in Montpelier Creek or the nearby reservoir. The campground is located at 6,400 feet, but sits in a sheltered location. Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and horse-back riding, or fish for trout and perch near the dam.
