Description
One of the most intriguing features of this beautiful, unspoiled state park is Legion Lodge, a hand-hewn log building that was constructed in the 1930s. Legion State Park was one of the first parks built by the Civilian Conservation Corps, and sits on former Choctaw Indian Nation lands. Set in Mississippi's gorgeous red hills country, it's a historic and pristine landscape well worth visiting.
