Description
Sun Rocks RV Resort is a family oriented park surrounded by mountains in a very natural setting. The facilities are very well kept. Clean restrooms, camping cabins, full hookup rv spaces, tent sites, and a very nice clubhouse for rent. The solar heated pool, and spa are outdoors and are operational from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The back-in full hookup sites can easily accomodate big rigs and their slide outs. The sites are 55 feet long and 25 feet wide. They regret that no tents are allowed in the rv section of the park. They are five minutes to Prineville Reservoir for fishing, boating, and water sports. Enjoy day trips to the Smith Rocks, Stein's Pillar, John Day Fossil Beds, The Painted Hills, High Desert Museum, Lava River Cave, Obsidian Glass Flow, and many other lakes and rivers.
