This 2000 square foot home which overlooks the 6th Green of Granite Falls North Golf Course features 2 bedrooms, a den with computer desk plus 2 full baths. The Coronado is one of the most popular designs and features an eat-in kitchen and a large, spacious master suite. It is available for monthly or longer rentals. Located in Del Webb's Sun City Grand, Surprise, AZ. We also have 3 other rentals. One just like this and 2 on the golf course. Ask for details. Only one mile to the red center and 4 golf courses and less than 3 miles to all the major shopping centers. 5 minutes to Surprise Stadium and 15 minutes to Peoria Stadium for the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres. Guests receive free access to the 2 spas and Owner golf rates of only $41 with the purchase of a $100 Rec Card per person. Golf Cart may be available for $200/month. (Optional)
