The townhome floor 1 is 1450 square feet and has a fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, cable TV, and Internet. Linens and towels will also be provided. Please note that there is a minumum stay of 7 nights and guests will receive a 50% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before arrival date. 100% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
