This charming Wolfeboro waterfront cottage lies in the heart of antique boat land - as seen in the Guardian. In the summer watch the gorgeous wooden boats cruise by or the Wolfeboro water ski team jump and slalom in the bay. Wolfeboro center is 5 minutes walk or 2 minutes food shopping by boat. Enjoy an evening cruise by boat to one of 3 local restaurants that have docks. Dock for up to 20ft boat and use of Sunfish,3 very nice kayaks & canoe. Great fishing, lots of fun for kids. Guests have access to a launching ramp and trailer with parking less than a minute away. Large yard with lawn and great fire pit is perfect for evening campfires. There is a wonderful bike path that leads to beach and tennis courts just across the bay. Guests have their choice of 3 local beaches. In the Fall and Winter the private hot tub is open for use. In Winter snowmobile or cross country ski right from the front door. Skiing and fabulous outlet shopping is 45 minutes away in North Conway where you can use our membership to indoor pool & Jacuzzi
