Great private home with pool and screed lanai, located on canal. Fully furnished including dishes, linens. Canal has direct boat access to Tampa Bay. Great location to get to St. Pete, Clearwater or Tampa! 12 miles to beach (Honeymoon Island). 15 minutes to Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, MOSI, Aquarium. Minutes to the Tampa Trail for great biking, walking and rollerblading. Close to several malls and numerous restaurants. House is located in NW Tampa,10 miles from downtown Tampa,1 hour from Disney,10 minutes to Tampa International and 10 miles to Honeymoon Island Beach. Please note, the couches in the living room are not for sleeping accommodations. The house is furnished with 2 queen beds and a double bed for sleeping accommodations. No leasing agents please! When emailing, please let us know the number of individuals in party, children.
