Located at Dunes of Panama, this 1,100 sq. ft. condo has Gulf views and room to accommodate eight guests. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a King bed in the first bedroom, and two Double beds in the second bedroom, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests will enjoy shade gazebos and over 1.500 feet of beachfront. The waterfront condo has a full kitchen, swimming pool, television, internet, and a bbq grill on the balcony. Linens are provided. Beach towels and chairs are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 3 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date, and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 3 pm and must check-out by 9 am. Please note Dunes of Panama is a family-oriented complex and has a zero-tolerance policy for profanity in public areas, illegal drugs, drunkenness or underage drinking, lewd and lascivious acts, or loud radios or TVs, children playing on the elevator, or shouting from balconies. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
