This four-bedroom, two-bath home in prestigious Dollar Point on Lake Tahoe's North Shore is a fantastic place for families and groups. This house is next door to the Dollar Point pool and tennis club and is one of the few Tahoe homes with a fenced-in backyard. The garden is fully landscaped and has a HUGE grass lawn complete with a hammock and swings. It also has a large deck with barbecue, hot tub and dining table for outdoor entertaining. The home is also fully equipped for babies and young children with safety gates, high chair, backyard swings and a port-a-crib. Whether you're a family or a group of adults, this home has something for everyone. This beautiful home has an open living plan with a dining room adjoining the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is large and very well equipped ready to prepare a gourmet meal. An open wood burning fireplace makes this a cozy winter retreat.
