    Amenities on the property include a large back yard with barbeque and picnic table, volleyball, badminton and basketball. Horseshoes and croquet are also available. Our guests enjoy swimming at a public sandy beach with lifeguard 3 miles away. Centrally located in the Adirondacks, the house is 18 miles N of Lake George,50 miles from Saratoga Springs and Lake Placid is one hour north. There are amusement parks, historical sites and cultural events within easy driving range. Situated at the crest of a hill surrounding Friends Lake, sits our charming five bedroom family home. The house sits several hundred feet back from Friends Lake Road and overlooks a thoroughbred horse farm. The house is also surrounded by 160 acres of family owned property. Sound good?
