Description
Charming gothic farmhouse perfectly located in Stowe village now available for weekly or season rental. The site of Stowe's first dairy, the Maple Street Creamery, this 1830's property has been tastefully restored and updated to serve as a comfortable family home with three bedrooms and two full baths. The home retains much of its original charm with its wide plank flooring yet adds modern touches such as updated kitchen, oversize tub, wireless Internet access, and satellite TV. Excellent location for skiers and non-skiers alike, with all village amenities within walking distance plus easy access to ski-shuttle. The spacious downstairs includes eat-in kitchen, dining room, two separate living areas, and a full bath. Three bedrooms upstairs share a large bathroom with huge bath tub and shower stall. Sunny master bedroom and two cozy bedrooms with two twins in each. We love dogs, so don't leave your favorite pet behind. We'll accept one well-behaved dog. Other pets considered.
