The downstairs of this historic building has been the working local post office since 1931. Upstairs, insulated from any noise of a small village meeting place, is the open loft style apartment, with soaring cathedral ceilings. Designed and decorated like a historic Maine cottage. Comfortably furnished, this property is the perfect romantic getaway. A great location, with amenities close by. The modern, cozy kitchen will support your cooking needs. The loft and cupola are private retreats for children in your party, just like sleeping in a tree house! The views from the cupola are panoramic, with a peek of the ocean in the distance. There's a private deck off the back offering beautiful views, where you can eat dinner and watch the sunset. Next door is the 'world's best' general store with 'award winning' breakfasts and lunches served daily.
