Welcome to our newly constructed lake house named 'Magnolia Manor' in Crane Hill, AL. We named it this because the area has abundant 'cowcumber' magnolias growing everywhere. New luxury house, brand new and new furnishings inside and out! Address is 128 County Road 327, just across the lake (West side) from the Bridge at Ryan Creek Marina next to the peninsula. Boat Dock available for swimming, fishing off the pier or to tie your boat up. Located in a tranquil cove. 15-20 minutes from Interstate 65, the major highway artery from Mobile, AL to Chicago, IL. We are on the West side of Cullman County, the East Side of Smith Lake across the water from Ryan Creek Marina. Cruise over to the other side to check our Ryan Creek Marina. To go by land, it is just 2-4 minutes away. We are 8/10 of one mile from the Marina. Very popular year round. Water depth in the area is around 200 feet. Broadband Internet with Wi-Fi now available
